for Winter 2024, our open days/hours are:

Lunch: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 11AM to 3PM*. plus Dinner:  Friday & Saturday from 5pm to 7:30PM*  * (unless sold out prior)

Our Bowie TX address is "technically" located in Stoneburg TX, just 7 quick minutes N of Bowie on US81 & Crabtree St.

We're putting all our energy into making great BarBQ and trimmings, including 5 BarBQs' all wood smoked Certified Hereford Beef® briskets, our Texas Peppered Pork Belly (smoked pork belly coated in coarse black pepper), pork spare ribs, pulled pork, german style sausage, our exclusive beef jalapeño cheddar along with sides like curly fries, beans, potato salad and cole slaw and some special desserts - all of which we know you'll love like of previous customers already do!
